Syllabus:

Intuitive Performance Certification Training is Internet based and designed to teach an individual how to develop and realize their intuitive potential over a period of 90 days. Each participant will access the training and tools through their own unique user interface. Participants begin with the 78 -question Engagement Survey (ES) measuring their current state. An individual’s intuitive potential along with ten (10) other key metrics is measured. Once completed, the ES permissions access to the first of eight (8) 15-minute training modules. Each module concludes with a Quiz that must be passed to gain access to the next module. Recommended training pace is one module per business day. Once the Quiz for Module 8 is passed it permissions access to the Daily Support Tool. The Daily Support Tool requires participants to affirm the two (2) core beliefs of the Intuitive Performer to support behavior modification. Participants earn one (1) Power Unit each day they complete the Daily Support Tool on a timely basis. When a Power Unit is earned for each day of the same work week a Credit Unit is earned. Eight (8) Credit Units and an Engagement Composite Score greater than 4.0 are required for IP Certification. Participants become eligible for IP Certification after the first 90 Days. Participants take the Engagement Survey on Day 1, 30, 60, 90, 180, 270, and 360. Engagement Survey results are emailed with in 48 hours of submission. Participants have continued access to each module for review and reflection once it has been completed for one year from their registration date. Participants who earn IP Certification will receive a Certificate, logo, and become registered in Archimedes Partners database. Certification is good for four (4) years. IP Certification recognizes individuals committed to optimizing their ability to create value and earn goodwill by working to establish, support, and sustain a more intuitive culture.

Participants are reconnected to their own peak performance experiences and learn why intuitive performance is really an expression of their very best. The two (2) core beliefs of the intuitive performer are introduced.

Week Two

Module 03

How Self-confidence Leads to Collective Success: How Genuine Professionals develop the awareness to recognize and fulfill their obligations.

Module 04

The Key to Unlocking Your Potential: How Genuine Professionals measure success.

Week Three

Module 05

How to Win Every Time: How Genuine Professionals free their subconscious to initiate intuitive function.

Module 06

Behaviors of an Intuitive Performer: The Five Behaviors of the Intuitive Performer are brought to life.

Week Four

Module 07

Cowards, Bullies, and the Entitlement Culture: How Genuine Professionals develop the awareness to recognize and overcome the barriers to intuitive performance.
