I had written some minor documentation and user instructions, and met with clients and asked their opinions on future requests for change and why it would benefit them. This has helped greatly in bringing everything together on how to incorporate previous experiences into my new role. Once again, thank you!"

I have always worked on the client/customer side of user requirements documents so it was enlightening to learn more about the requirements analyst side. The course has explained to me why they go through the activities they do. Although I have always been able to work well with requirements analysts, I feel that this knowledge will make me even more effective in working with them in the future."
